Returns & Refunds

We want you to love how you look. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Altered or tailored items, and items marked final sale, cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Email us at support@dmaretti.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Start a return for the original item and place a new order, or email support@dmaretti.com and we'll help.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@dmaretti.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
